Nathan Cox joins VHT Studios with deep experience in previous roles at Sprint Corporation and American Express, ranging from client services to global call center and multi-site domestic and international operations. Most recently, Nathan was Director of Operations at Adtalem Global Education in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he was responsible for strategic initiatives and daily business operations with 15 million activities of inbound and outbound calls and a variety of client inquiries. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grambling State University, Grambling, Louisiana, and a Master of Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, Illinois, Cox reports to Kevin McGuire.

In another newly created role, Doug Angelaccio was promoted to Director of Client Experience. Previously Doug was Client Services Manager, and is now responsible for the implementation and execution, from VHT Studios’ clients’ perspective, of The VHT Studios’ Experience across the entire organization and throughout all client channels. In his role, Doug will be the corporate client advocate across all touchpoints and functional departments, consistently working to raise the bar and find more ways to “WOW” clients through experiences that make it easier and more convenient than ever to do business with VHT Studios.

Angelaccio’s passion and dedication to the business since he joined the company almost 14 years ago, has resulted in many important developments, programs and projects. His experience on the front lines and in the deep recesses of the back office, provide the perfect perspective to ensure VHT Studios’ clients always receive a consistent, high quality experience, from first contact through the delivery of their stunning photography and visual marketing assets. Angelaccio has a Bachelor’s degree from DePaul University, Chicago, Illinois, and he reports directly to Balduf.
