Talent Acquisitions Coordinator

As a leader in real estate marketing, our goal is to find and work with the best talent nationwide. We’re currently looking for an efficiency-minded and innovative person to join our Talent Acquisitions Team as a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator.

As a Talent Acquisitions Coordinator, you’ll play an integral part in recruiting, onboarding, and certifying our team of contractors including Real Estate Photographers, Videographers, Measurement Professionals, and beyond.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruiting Support:

  • Locates and sources qualified candidates for our talent needs across the country
  • Reviews portfolios, applications, and other candidate qualifications
  • Interviewing support for qualified candidates
  • Guides talent through the onboarding process with functions like setting up paperwork, internal accounts, etc

Training Support:

  • Following up with new talent to stay on track with certification
  • Sends talent account logins and training material
  • Using our LMS to track new talent performance through certification
  • Sets up field training with the trainer and trainee

Overall support:

  • Answers misc inquiries regarding Talent Acquisition, Certification, and assisting our Talent Team
  • Other duties as needed to support growing and preparing our Talent Network

Market Sales Lead & Photographer - Seattle

Job Title: Market Sales Lead & Photographer – Seattle


VHT Market Lead:
Reporting to the Regional Sales Executive the VHT Market Lead will be the face of VHT Studios in their given territory. This full time position is divided between contracted photography jobs and hourly marketing & sales duties.

Marketing and Sales Duties: Assigned marketing and sales hours will vary from 10-30 hrs /week depending on time of year due to business seasonality. Marketing and Sales duties are complete before, after and in-between contracted photography shoots. Definite opportunity to advance into a FT Marketing & Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Present and Sell VHT Studios' services to interested agents and brokerages
  • Attend and build lasting and positive impressions at Real Estate Client Events and office meetings, while increasing visibility and building sales within all accounts in the territory
  • Present and sell VHT Studios’ services to agents/brokers, influencers and decision makers
  • Support VHT Studios’ Social Media presence in the territory through liking, sharing and connecting local real estate agents, influencers and decision-makers to VHT Studios’ Social Sites
  • Identify and connect with the top real estate players in the territory
  • Help recruit, interview, and train additional photographers, as needed
  • Communication with local photographer team

Lead Real Estate Photographer: Photograph homes listed for sale to meet the online marketing and print needs of Realtors and their Brokerage firm. Post-shoot editing will be performed by VHT Studios.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive Jobs from VHT Studios and contact clients to schedule in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes on the scheduling process in the VHT System
  • Meet clients on site and perform photo session
  • Label and upload images to our in-house studio, the same day of the shoot, via FTP process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Sales or Customer Service experience preferred(waiting tables, have sold something before, etc...)

We are looking for a Talent Logistics Coordinator The ideal candidate is a detail oriented individual who will assist with scheduling, operations and logistics for our Talent network.

Photography and Floor Plan Order Management -

  • Schedule jobs for photographers and floor plan specialists
  • Work with talent to determine timelines and availability

Client Services Representative - Rosemont, Illinois

Job Title: Client Services Representative 

Reports To:  Client Services Supervisors

Summary: Responsible primarily for providing effective and memorable customer service to external customers and photographers by utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company services, product offerings, and policies within the Client Service Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer and photographer calls, emails, online-chats and other product knowledge requests.

  • Processes customer orders and changes according to established department policies and procedures.

  • Handles incoming requests from customers in a professional manner and ensures that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.

  • Gathers customer information thoroughly and efficiently, accesses and fulfills customer needs, educates the customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts, and documents interactions through ticket tracking.

  • Educates the customer on services and policies to ensure they are receiving the proper products for their needs and will be satisfied with our services.

  • Troubleshoots customer and photographer issues over the phone.

  • Keeps clients happy by providing helpful and accurate information.

  • Handles inbound phone calls eight hours per day taking an average of 60 calls per day.

  • Additional duties include the following specialties: Online Orders,  Chat, Closing Duties, Job Check-In's, and Ticket Tracker follow up.

  • Acts as primary level of issue resolution for self-created service tickets

Professional Architectural Photographer (Independently Contracted)

The job of Architectural Photographer also offers a lot of variety. One day you might be taking photos of a renovated kitchen for a real estate agent; the next you could be getting dramatic shots of a landmark building. You might have to run up and down the stairs or stand in the middle of a busy street to get the perfect angle. And no two jobs will be the same. Variety is the spice of life, right?!

Photography, like any other custom service, is never a 'one size fits all' proposition, but a matter of finding the right person for the job. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our photographer network. Our projects include hotels and resorts, retail establishments, commercial buildings, and residential housing.

Working with VHT Studios, you will get to work in some of the most beautiful homes in your neck of the woods. You will also have the ability to set your schedule and determine your own hours. Even better, the VHT Studios brings the clients to you! We will supply you with clients and properties to photograph, and after the shoot we'll take care of the details and editing via our in-house studio. You simply get to do what you like best - take great photographs.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

You would need to have a Digital SLR camera and an adjustable Ultra Wide Angle Lens, as well as an external (off-camera) flash and tripod. Examples of camera and lens combinations include:

  • Cropped Sensor SLR with a 12-24mm Lens
  • Full Frame Sensor SLR with 17-35mm Lens

 

Our photographers bracket and take multiple exposures. They do not edit. Our studio does the post production work to create the final image.

Field Measurement Contractor

VHT is an established service provider to commercial and residential real estate. We are seeking experienced individuals to take measurements for producing marketing floor plans.

Ideal Candidates:

  • Have good weekday business-hour availability, could be asked for occasional Saturday work.
  • Able to professionally interact with our clients on a job site.
  • Have some previous experience measuring and sketching residential and commercial properties for the purpose of delivering as-built floor plans.
  • Have great people skills and professional appearance.
  • Own a car in good repair and available for daily use.
  • Perform to our standards of providing clearly hand-drawn plans of a home with needed measurements.
  • Are authorized to work in the U.S.

Building surveying/structure assessing/architectural training experience is a plus. This is a contract position with VHT, and new contactors will start in a part-time capacity and are paid by the project. VHT will provide direct one-on-one training.

This position is great for people that already do a light amount of free-lance work, and/or those who are looking for a second part time job and have good availability during business hours.

Your location is important; you will be based from your home and driving to your assigned measurement projects.

Job Title: Client Services Advisor

Reports To: Supervisor, Client Services

 

Summary: Responsible for providing effective and memorable customer service to external customers and photographers by utilizing excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of company services, product offerings and policies within the Client Service Department; with the primary role being issue resolution by performing the following duties.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform all task and duties outlined by the Client Service Representative job description. 
  • Become an intermediary between Client Service Representatives and the Client Service Supervisor and point of contact for other departments in the absence of the Client Service leadership. 
  • Analyze customer complaints and provide appropriate corrective actions. 
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
  • Assist directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel for assistance in escalated scenarios.
  • Provide on-the-job training and new-hire orientation to the departmental or team processes.
  • 1st Level of escalation from Client Services Representatives, also resolves self-created tickets. 
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives.
