Image Specialist

Responsible for maintaining the quality of the media that is produced by VHT Studios.  Monitors internal workflow processes.  Works closely with client services and field operations to handle edit request and related studio support issues by performing the following duties.  

Position Activities and Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for photo retouching requests in Photoshop and Lightroom 
  • Responsible for completing edit requests for floor plans 
  • Responsible for completing edit request for full motion videos 
  • Reviews order details before delivering to clients 
  • Ensures that expected turnaround times are being met 
  • Communicates with photographers and floor plan drafters as needed 
  • Works with client services and sales to resolve requests and issues
  • Continues to learn and improve skills in Adobe Products 
  • Ability to multitask by keeping track of the status of several issues and processes happening simultaneously 
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management 
  • Reviews, supports, and practices VHT Studios' mission and core values 
  • Participates in project teams 

 

Position Qualifications:  

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must have strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.  Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Bridge, Premiere and After Effects is preferred.  Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Basic knowledge of photography
  • Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

Marketing Automation Specialist

Summary:  

This position is responsible for the execution of all marketing technology and digital marketing activities to nurture prospects and clients efficiently through the buyer journey. This role utilizes technical skills to leverage our marketing apps to ensure our marketing activities are continuously tracked, automated, and improved wherever possible.  

Position Activities and Responsibilities: 

  • The Marketing Automation Specialist does not write content (content is provided) this role is responsible for the tactical campaign execution using Active Campaign 
  • Create, execute, and track marketing and lead nurturing campaigns in Active Campaign and Salesforce  
  • Optimizing email performance is a big part of this role, implementing A/B tests of messaging, subject lines, creative, and other content, and measuring results is crucial   
  • Segment and target audiences based on the campaign goal 
  • Take ownership of all email creation and management for the full lifecycle of leads and customers, including monthly newsletters and transactional emails 
  • Manage a monthly email content calendar 
  • Design, edit, and update landing pages, emails, and marketing graphics when needed and ensure they meet brand guidelines  
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs of all digital marketing programs and communicate those on a regular basis to stakeholders 
  • Strategically align all digital activities with the marketing funnel and optimize the buyer journey to improve lead gen and conversion 
  • Work with a strong focus on details and excellent organization skills to manage multiple email and marketing automations  
  • Promote data integrity best practices to ensure accurate data is being captured to support email and other digital initiatives  
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, marketing technology, and marketing automation and regularly share knowledge with the broader team 
  • Maintain knowledge and proficiency of all digital apps used by the marketing department and understand how they all interact with each other and our database/CRM/ERP

Position Qualifications: 

  • Understanding of how email can be used to nurture, activate, and retain customers 
  • Familiarity with drip campaigns, triggered emails, one-off emails, and landing pages to effectively nurture leads through the marketing funnel 
  • Ability to build email marketing reports and perform basic campaign analysis 
  • Familiarity with UTM and other link modifiers used for tracking marketing performance 
  • Familiarity and some experience with email workflows, leveraging triggers and events to segment audiences
  • Ability to quickly learn and implement new technology and marketing apps 
  • Ability to troubleshoot marketing applications and articulate larger issues for IT and other departments to handle 
  • Strong technical knowledge of marketing applications, including Google Analytics; Bonus for experience with Active Campaign and Salesforce CMS 
  • At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing; At least 2 years’ experience working with marketing automation software and CMS 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and SEO best practices required 
  • Excellent proofing skills, detail oriented, ability to work with a team and individually

Professional Architectural Photographer (Independently Contracted)

The job of Architectural Photographer also offers a lot of variety. One day you might be taking photos of a renovated kitchen for a real estate agent; the next you could be getting dramatic shots of a landmark building. You might have to run up and down the stairs or stand in the middle of a busy street to get the perfect angle. And no two jobs will be the same. Variety is the spice of life, right?!

Photography, like any other custom service, is never a 'one size fits all' proposition, but a matter of finding the right person for the job. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our photographer network. Our projects include hotels and resorts, retail establishments, commercial buildings, and residential housing.

Working with VHT Studios, you will get to work in some of the most beautiful homes in your neck of the woods. You will also have the ability to set your schedule and determine your own hours. Even better, the VHT Studios brings the clients to you! We will supply you with clients and properties to photograph, and after the shoot we'll take care of the details and editing via our in-house studio. You simply get to do what you like best - take great photographs.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

You would need to have a Digital SLR camera and an adjustable Ultra Wide Angle Lens, as well as an external (off-camera) flash and tripod. Examples of camera and lens combinations include:

  • Cropped Sensor SLR with a 12-24mm Lens
  • Full Frame Sensor SLR with 17-35mm Lens

 

Our photographers bracket and take multiple exposures. They do not edit. Our studio does the post production work to create the final image.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Our goal is to establish long term relationships with local photographers that we can work with on projects as they come up nearby. In addition to having the right equipment, you must:

  • Have flexible availability to accommodate our client's schedule.
  • Be able to professionally interact with our clients at the job site.
  • Perform up to our standards providing us a consistent high quality image.
  • Communicate effectively throughout the project from start to finish.
