Brian Balduf - Chief Executive Officer & VHT Co-Founder

Brian Balduf, Chairman and co-founder of VHT, is actively involved in the development of cutting-edge marketing services specially designed for the Real Estate Industry.

With more than twenty years of sales and marketing experience in consumer and business-to-business services, Brian has been responsible for sales, content services, and product and business development of wireless and Internet related data for such companies as Rolling Stone Records, West Coast Video, and AT&T.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Illinois, as well as an MBA and Master's of Information Systems from Benedictine University. Brian is a frequent speaker at industry events and is a published writer on numerous marketing related topics.

Vince Collura - Chief Operating Officer

Vince Collura joined VHT Studios in 2016 as Vice President of Product, Talent & Innovation as part of the company’s acquisition of Gotham Photo Company, New York City, where he was Founder/President. As COO, Vince leads VHT Studios’ strategic innovation, focusing on enhancing the client experience and implementing technology and strategic efficiencies to further drive VHT Studios’ reach and responsiveness to real estate brokerages and agents, and a variety of commercial and enterprise businesses.

Prior to starting Gotham Photo Company, Vince was a founder of Team5, a provider of enterprise level technologies for companies such as Sam Ash Music, Douglas Elliman, NHL, AIG and the U.S. Air Force. He also brought touch-screen implementation, a distributed online file storage system currently in use by CableVision and Verizon, and several real estate technologies to market.

Vince has lead the expansion and enhancement of VHT Studios’ nationwide photographer network and coverage to better service national clients like Fannie Mae,, and Aimco Apartments, and the launch of VHT Studios’ new photography and virtual staging suites of services. Vince continues to manage product development, imagery delivery and VHT Studios’ national talent network. An avid photographer and special effects artist, Vince resides in New York City with his wife Gina and pup, Mulder.

Mike Montgomery - Senior Vice President of Business Development

Mike is leading the transformation of VHT Studios into a “digital-first” company. Mike leads major enterprise-wide projects establishing a powerful channel program to drive exposure to the range of innovative services VHT offers, improving the customer experience at every touchpoint and working to build the most robust platform for our clients and partners.

Prior to joining VHT in September 2019, Mike held leadership in several companies including: Netrix / liQuidprint – President and Owner: Leading web and custom app development firm with expertise in website development, mobile app development, SaaS development, online presence management, inbound / outbound marketing and content production; merged with Netrix in 2015.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Carlos Iraola - Senior Director of Sales, RRE

Carlos joined the Matterport RRE team in 2023 to help grow the adoption of Matterport services in US real estate. Overseeing the America's, he is tasked with the management and growth of large-scale, strategic residential real estate accounts. Carlos brings over 20 years of consistent business development with an extensive knowledge of residential real estate.

Prior to joining Matterport in 2023, Carlos held leadership roles in several companies including: HomeLight and Stewart Title, where his scope of responsibility included a comprehensive business strategy to enhance and deploy the companies' growth plans and provide unified support to sales-focused associates across the United States.

Carlos holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Rollins College, as well as an MBA in Management and Marketing from the University of Miami. Carlos is a frequent speaker at industry events and resides in Coral Gables with his wife Annette and children Olivia and Carlos Jr.

John Bosch - Vice President of Product

John Bosch joined VHT Studios in 2000 and is charged with product development, growth and maintenance of VHT Studios’ visual marketing products. Following the mantra “Image is Everything”, John works closely with the Studio Team to ensure excellence in execution of all things visual and is responsible for ensuring quality, on-time delivery and support of our entire product suite.

He began his career at a leading wireless communications company in Marketing and Sales. Soon after, he brought his expertise into Sales Management before joining the team at VHT Studios.

Anthony Saguto - Vice President of Finance & Administration

Tony has led the accounting and finance functions for several high growth businesses prior to joining VHT Studios in 2018. His experience includes: Honey-Can-Do-International - A leading provider of storage, organization, garment care and home decor products, headquartered in Berkeley, IL USA, with offices in Shanghai and Hong Kong and manufacturing facilities in the US and Asia. Z-Trim Ingredients - An agricultural ingredient technology company that owns existing, and has developed new, products and processes to make use of biomass for uses in the food and industrial markets. Also, Kronos Foods, Foulds Pasta and Stampede Meat.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois – Chicago.

Nathan Cox - Vice President of Client Services & Organizational Development

Nathan Cox joined the leadership team at VHT Studios in 2018 as the Director of Client Services. As Nathan explains, "I was excited to take on this new role at VHT Studios to bring a quicker and more responsive client service experience to all of our valued clients. Our clients all share a need for a trusted partner who can deliver exceptional service quickly and hassle-free."

Nathan worked in a variety of customer-facing roles ranging from client services to global call center and multi-site domestic and international operations in previous roles at Fortune 500 companies. . Before joining VHT, Nathan was Director of Operations at Adtalem Global Education in Downers Grove, Illinois, where he was responsible for strategic initiatives and daily business operations with 15 million activities of inbound and outbound calls and a variety of client inquiries.

Nathan has Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Grambling State University, Grambling, Louisiana, and a Master of Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago.

Bill Haney - Vice President - General Manager TourFactory

Bill has worked in visual media for over 20 years. He joined the TourFactory team in 1998, helping transform it from a small regional company to an established leader and national brand. Bill worked in several sectors of TourFactory starting in creative development where he applied his efforts to technology, enterprise sales, operations and now is the General Manager of the TourFactory business division. With the merger of VHT Studios, he is responsible for the next phase of TourFactory's expansion. Bill is passionate about success and excels at solving complex problems and resolving pain points for even the most involved projects. He values the importance of culture and collaboration and believes that the right people make all the difference.

Bill studied biochemistry and microbiology at Eastern Washington University. He was a combat medic and spent time in that capacity in the first gulf war with the 1st Infantry division.

Bill lives in the Pacific Northwest and enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, his four children, and their new granddaughter.
